• Maintain and support site Payroll system, including administration, payroll assistance, and salary reviews
  • Prepare site-level payroll for submission
  • Align APT with Ceridian and develop standard reports for ongoing customer needs and maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Act independently to manage/resolve all payroll issues/needs.
  • Maintain current knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures that govern time collection, payroll processing and taxation.
  • Maintain confidential personnel files and payroll records in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain communications with other departments, assist with any reporting as it relates to APT/Payroll
  • Reporting, documenting, and updating changes of employment, PTO, attendance, and new hires in the payroll system.
