As a Receiver, you’ll ensure that we are receiving the correct product into our warehouse. You’ll verify correct quantities, date requirements, and make sure that no damaged product is received. You’ll also ensure that all pallets received are on good pallets and wrapped securely for safe transport and storage in the warehouse.

Our warehouses are temperature-controlled, ranging anywhere from 30 degrees in the cooler to -20 degrees in the freezer. Think of Alaska in the winter, it’s cold!

You’ll be Responsible for:

  • Receiving inbound loads with scanner and Inbound Review Worksheet
  • Verifying product quantities and date requirements
  • Ensuring pallets received are in good condition and wrapped securely

Must-Have Qualifications:

Being a receiver can be physically demanding. You need to be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, grasp on a frequent to continual basis in a warehouse environment.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to speak, read, and understand English
  • Able to work in a cold warehouse environment
  • Able to read small print on packaging and paperwork
  • Able to handle and physically be near products that may contain food allergens (such as fish, shellfish, peanuts, etc.)
  • Able to accommodate flexible schedules to meet the needs of the customer to include nights, weekends, and holidays
